RV Sites

Rates start at $65.68/night and depend on the type of site and whether you are a Good Sam member. Our rates are based on 2-person occupancy, 2 pets, and one vehicle per site, and they include state and local taxes. There is a two-night minimum on holiday weekends.

The dry camping rate is $35/night.

We accept Cash, Master Card, Visa, Discover Cards, and American Express (no checks please)

Camper Cabins

Rates start at $82/night. There is a two-night minimum, or on holiday weekends a three-night minimum.

Available for Rent

Available for rent soon, a 2023 Keystone Cougar 368MBI, 39′ 3″ with four slides; sleeps up to six people. There is a two-night minimum, or on holiday weekends a three-night minimum. No pets allowed.

Rates start at $150/night for up to four people or $200/night for up to six people, plus a one-time $50 cleaning fee. A $250 security/damage fee will be waived upon checkout and satisfactory inspection.

Picnic Tables

We have a limited number of picnic tables available on a first-come, first-served basis.

• No-shows are charged in full.
• A one-time cancellation exchange may be made in the same season. This exchange requires a one-week notice or deposit cannot be moved to a different vacation time.
• EV charging is not allowed in the campground. However, there are EV charging stations available in Westcliffe and Silver Cliff.
